Nancy, I hate the cliche, "What doesn't kill us makes us stronger." However, that is how I learned to put down the worries.
Life has had way too many trials. One daughter was anorexic, then just when she was on track she had a car wreck, then at the age of 33 after she had a family with 2 daughters and was teacher of the year, she had a stroke that changed the entire direction of our life.
The other daughter had cancers. And my parents . . . well I will stop there. I had to let it go or I wouldn't have made it. That's when I found peace and discovered, I am not responsible for the entire world.
